This week (already mid June!), we are continuing with the trend of low inventory which also reflects the lower numbers of open houses. You may be finding that any property that is priced right is moving extremely fast. This means if your buying you have to move quick, if you see a house you like, don’t wait, make an appointment to view asap. If you’re selling, picking the right price means a very quick sale.
